Multiple glitches

My copy of Blood Money worked perfectly for some time but now I'm getting multiple weird, annoying, or just broken glitches. I can still play missions, but I can't figure out how to fix these. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game and they persist.

Glitches I've found so far:
-Weird graphical freeze whenever I try to exit the game. The menu gets all blurry and stretched and hangs there for a while before it exits.
-I can't beat Flatline anymore because I can't equip the death serum.
-Most annoyingly, my account in-game is permanently stuck at $22,500, and completing more missions doesn't cause me to earn the money it says I should be getting.

Any suggestions on how to fix these?

I uninstalled and reinstalled again, and I tried verifying the integrity of the game files, and it's still broken in the same ways.

1. Try using the different graphics settings(Disabliing V-Sync, Lowering the shader qualities etc)

2. You can just inject the death serum to Agent Smith by interacting with him. The item is supposed to be non-equippable

3.The amout of money you can earn in a mission is limited. Try beating the missions you didn't finish or getting a better rating
