Hitman Blood Money - The Murder of Crows "Bug"

I am well aware that Hitman Blood Money is an old game but I recently started the game and really enjoyed it.
As of now I reached the stage "The Murder of Crows" and I believe I have experienced a bug preventing me from exiting the level. I did skim through guides to make sure I completed all the objectives including bringing the suitcase and exiting while wearing the suit (which are optional from what I know of) but the button for exiting doesn't seem to appear. Anyone have possible suggestions?
Note: This is my first run and I play on Rookie mode. Also, none of the "cut scenes" seem to work on this level except the one where the politician waves towards the crowd.

What I do in the level:
1. I Wait and follow the delivery guy.
2. When he is near a dumpster in one of the alleys I kill him (using the fiber wire), wear his clothing, and throw him in the dumpster.
3. I go to the "Headquarters" (the building where leader is) with the suitcase and put the suitcase on the table before killing both the leader and the yellow chicken guard by using a fiber wire/syringe.
4. I wear the yellow chicken suit and steal the walkie-talkie then place the bomb on the piano.
5. I steal a waiter's uniform from a sleeping guy and enter each bar until I find the sniper.
6. I kill the sniper using a fiber wire/syringe and take everything from him excluding his clothes.
7. I wait for the women to go underneath the piano and set off the bomb.
8. I wear the suit while holding the brief case and attempt to escape but fail.
Am I doing something wrong?

Sounds like you are doing everything anyone else would do, must be a bug. Try it w/out putting the case on the table or try another assassination attempt w/ the target you kill w/ piano.

I managed to finally beat the level. I don't know why but I had to exactly follow a guide for some odd reason. Either way I managed to complete it. Thanks for the effort
