disguise and sound problems

no dialogue audio during cut scenes and mission briefings,

some disguises aren't allowed to draw their weapons without causing attention, the guards in the ammendment, whatever, mission will attack the secret agent disguise if armed with their specific weapons.

You probably already tried but have you run the game as administrator?

I do that, every time it tells me they're fine.

Except this time

I may have posted that last one a bit too quick as the issues weren't fixed

Go into your games directory and see if the configuration ini file is set to read only. If it is, uncheck it.

doesn't seem to change, I went through the pat\h to steamapps/common then the game and unchecked the read only attribute for the configuration application and it's sub files but that didn't change anything
