Are you referring to Hidden Valley or Tubeway Torpedo?

Hidden Valley truck seems bugged unless you limit the framerate to 30

I can agree that you are right. i limited it to 120 at first and the trucks got stuck... at 60 a truck kills a ninja, only at locking the game to 30fps could i complete the level.
