What about Corkscrew Follies and Loopy Landscapes?
The original deluxe RCT had them.

Why isn't all of the expansions included with classic???

The Roller Coaster Tycoon 1 expansions are grouped along with the original scenarios from both games in different groups. For example, Three Monkey Park from Corkscrew Follies/Added Attractions is found in Graphite Group which is locked.
