How is the NFL taking this?

I would imagine they would have them stuffed and mounted llike a 16 point buck at the end of the week.

Trading Cards Coming Soon!

At this time, Steam has strict rules and guidelines for releasing Trading Cards with games, so we will not be able to release the special assets with the game right away.

Instead, we will be able to release them once the game has been out on the marketplace for a few days, so expect the Trading Cards to be available somewhat soon!

Assets to be included:

1) Personalized Profile Backgrounds, sporting sleek football designs.
2) Trading Cards from the popular "Masters of the Gridiron" football card game.
3) Player Badges, including a champion badge.
4) Emoticons to collect for the ultimate fan.

We look forward to releasing these once we can, and hope you all enjoy the new features in this Steam specific version of Football Mogul 18!

Issues and suggestions

So....So many issues with player ratings. please make them more realistic, hell copy off madden and if you need to. and "hand editied" do any of you watch or know about football? here are some suggestions -Past champion history tracking -keep stats for players changing postions -more realistic college stats!!! have realistic ones or none -Way more realistic ratings...

I've been waiting for something like this but...

...damn the interface and generic pictures of footballs is just soooo ugly. I get that the game is not licenced by the NFL and so will not be able to use logos and such. But maybe the game could not look like it was made to run on Windows 98?

I need to enter my address and credit card info to play the Demo?

Just tried to download the demo from the sportsmogul website and it wouldn't allow me to do it unless I entered my personal address and number. Looked like a credit card screen was coming up, too. I'd like to take a look at the game, but that's not gonna happen. Especially since Sportsmogul and the customer data therein was hacked in the past IIRC. And Good God $30 for the retail version!?!? Just noticed that....

I still play Football Mogul 2012, am I right in thinking this isnt worth purchasing?

Hi, I'm not fussed about real life player names, updated rosters, etc. I'm only really interested in the draft, and taking a save into the 2100's and beyond. Long time players of this series, is there anything in the newest version that should make me want to purchase, or am I fine sticking with 2012? From the screenshots on the store, the game and menus are almost identical to 2012, and I dont see any extra functionality shown for the draft portion of the game....
