Is Marijuana being spelled wrong intentional?

I've noticed a LOT of spelling and grammar errors in the game but the #1 has to be marihuana is that intention or just another error?

It should be called Cannabis in the first place. Marijuana is a derogatory term/slang coming from Reefer Madness and the prohibition. The more you know.

The English translation has a pretty extreme number of typos all over the game. A developer has stated this is being worked on at the moment. I do not believe the initial developers had English as a native language.

I give them a pass since they only wanted ~$13 for the game. Give them some time and it will get better.

In germany it is spelled Marihuana. I'm more confused about some terms for Amp.

No; can confirm the marihuana stored in my siple wardrobe in Oldtwon garages is totally awsome and worth evry dolar.

I can forgive the devs; quite clearly made by non-english speaker and if I wanted to judge the merit of someones writing I'd give Crime & Punishment another go... and every time I play the game I'm pretty high anyway.

....that 157 hours playtime suddenly looks a bit tragic.
