I bought the game last night and it wouldn't start for me either. I tried what the support suggested and still nothing so I requested a refund. I even re-download it still no use..

Well I believed I have found a solution.. I just bought a MSI windows 11 not too long ago, brand new!.. So today l reinstalled steam then downloaded the game. If you just keep clicking on the play button it will eventually open itself. I just tempted it earlier today and i was able to play. :)
