The ATM is out of order

I not long had the update and started a new save but noticed that i brought a new hideout but not been able to use the ATM yet? i assume there is a bug or has it changed to a higher level?

ATMs will unlock when you get the objective to go check out the ATMs

I remember the objective. Its normally quite early on. Before you get to be able to buy hideouts so its pre 6th level.
But I have yet to be given the objective.

i have the same problem and im on getting stink and level 15
