complete removal of game

how do i completely remove a game from my steam? i cant get a refund because ive played a mighty 12 hours and maximum they allow is 2 hours. i have uninstalled and reinstalled but it didnt resolve the problem. i need to remove the game so that when i install it again it goes back to default settings.

But the Time is saved by Steam and u dont get a Refund if u played more then 2 Hours.

i already uninstalled and reinstalled. i have to delete files too? and that will put game back to original settings when i download / install again?

Yes. idk exactly why but u have Default Settings from the Game after this.

If the Game is not Starting:

Try deleting this folder: C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\DrugDealerSimulator\Saved then put -dx10 in your launch properties.

If the above doesn't work, try these steps in this exact order:

1. Update/reinstall your PC's drivers
2. Verify the integrity of the game's files through Steam
3. Reinstall the game
4. Reinstall Steam

You might also want to make sure that your firewalls/antivirus/anti-malware program(s) aren't falsely blocking/quarantining files the game needs in order to run. Believe it or not I've seen this happen before with other games.

It might help to make sure you have no other programs open and running in the foreground besides the game and Steam. Not even web browsers or Discord. Background processes like system processes, anti-malware programs, etc are fine as your PC needs those in order to run.

i couldnt find that file to remove it. i uninstalled...removed gamr completely from steam. then reinstalled. still didnt fix it.

ok so whats ur problem in detail?

i changed the control keys in game and now i cant move. in settings the 'move forward' key is blank. i select a key..but when i resume game the key doesnt work. and when i go back into settings the key control i changed is blank. i need to restore game to original default setup. ideally without losing my game...but im willing to start fresh game if needed.

I hope u saved the Stuff from C:\Users\admin\AppData\Local\DrugDealerSimulator before u reinstall coz there are the place from ur savegames too. idk an solution for that problem so far.

no file including 'drugdealersimulation' was identified in my files so i couldnt have saved it.

i searched for it to delete it before i unistalled and removed completely but it wasnt recognised in my files

that folder isnt recognised in my pc. only desktop shortcut. which i deleted but didnt fix issue. i have a qwerty keyboard

But mate, you need to change USERNAME to the name of your USER in the PC.
It's not just copy and paste...
Try go into C:\ then search the folders Users, then your USER FOLDER and continue
