The Game or My Computer

Hello. My character is around level 38 or so, and I've only unlocked a small part of the city because I like dealing locally. I'm odd, maybe. Anyway, my game crashed often, and now the save files are corrupted? They won't even open.

Is the game known for these kind of problems or is my computer doing it? I had another game get messed up recently, too.

Verify game files
If it's a crash on launch then select the crash at startup launch option
