how to Unlock Downtown

I went to the construction worker and paid 100 cash
and I walked through the sewer and apparently didn't find the right exit
in some videos when you click on the channel cover the instant is on the other side and don't have to run (probably because of the new update)

you can unlock downtown the same way you unlocked every other area, via the laptop. if the option to unlock it isnt there then you either need to progress further, or complete a few more tasks

Do You know the Sec. way to sector B i found the way with the constuctor whrer i have to pay every time?

you can throw your backpack above the large wall between sectors and then let the cop search you after that get the backpack that you throwed and you will have what you want in it

the two ways that the game is asking you to find is paying off the construction worker in sector a. then the second way is going through the sewers and making your way over to sector b by following the signs bypassing all the police checkpoints

Go through the sewers... find the man hole covers in the street and go underground. Bring bobby pins with you so you can unlock the doors...

thats just how you get there . how its unlocked is through rep , byou have to earn rep at whatever area it states then it unlocks by spraying the walls
