Dealers not placing cash into safes anymore...

There is only one building in west old town, it is a lab with a safe drop for the areas dealers, but all of them suddenly quit placing the cash into the safe. forcing me to run around and collect from them in person.

this has only just happen to two sectors recently
1. west old town
2 east old town

now before it happened i placed another safe into the warehouse on east old town, did not mark it as cash drop because i had another in the apartment in same area marked as cash drop.

the warehouse is not made into a lab in this area, however the plan was to have lots of safes in this warehouse to store cash/gold so placed one down. this is the first sign of trouble that both east and west old town dealers wont any longer drop cash into safes

i could go along with the new safe messing up east old town, but west only has 1 property in the entire area for sale...

and both are no longer working, but have been for countless hours just fine

Oh yea update....

so far i have tried the following things.

disable/enable both safes in both areas as cashdrops off/on
picked both up and placed back down, then remade cash drop
exit/reload game, etc

PROBLEM FIXED !!

solution is to sell all the safes in the two zones, delete the entire cocaine lab in west old town.

then went shop got a new safe for east old town, and rebuilt the cocaine lab...

this apparently has solved the issue

having more than one safe (marked as cash drop or not) in any given zone
