how do I unlock east old town and marketplace?

Go into your laptop that sits on the table in your apartment. On the desktop there is a map of the whole town. When an area goes green rather than showing red because you have increased reputation in a neighbouring area a button appears to unlock. Press it to unlock.

The buttons should appear on the map you have on the desktop on the laptop you have access to in game.

SHADYCOM the encrypted app on the LAPTOP.
That's where
- you will unlocked and order DRUGS from Eddie
- you read and accept orders from your clients & see their quality expectatiion.
- you unlock new areas and see the respect you got on each areas. Also you have the total average satisfaction of your clients -> reputation
- you have all of your contacts (Eddie etc..)
