Scarlett dragon mission
The game is telling me to meet some dude in the restaurant at night, however... I can't open the door of the restaurant. I'm there between the hours i am supposed to go, yet the game won't let me unlock the door.

Any help? Thanks in advance

you have little asia unlocked? it happened to me with el balleno mission I had not unlocked that area I could not enter, that was 2 weeks ago im waiting a month to return to the game

Is not a "little asia", is Downtown, and Yes, he already have the mission unlocked.

wait how did you reach this? I unlocked bad asia and delivered up to like 25 x 50g of coke to the cartel and idk when I reach this point?

i did it while it was police hours, thats why i was wondering why its not working, the mission said i should go to the restaurant between 11pm and 6am
