Movement between Sectors

You'd think I would have figured this out by now..I'm running all over the place (sector A, B, C) trying to deliver these darn drugs to these darn addicts during police hours with drugs/drug money in my drug backpack. Ultimately; I'm trying to sell these drugs to make money...to buy more drugs. Oh wait I get it, don't be a drug dealer.

Game is sorta fun, listen for the Police, look for the police, avoid the police and/or run from the police and get away. I think I bought the game for 4 dollars on steam so yeah, I have too many hours in to quit until I buy the Mansion...really?

{Sector Movement}

-A to B, easy enough just use sewer.
-B to A, same.
-B to C, use electric key in B gets you and drugs to C. via sewer. Uses up key$ and also is One-way...cannot go back to B same way so now you are stuck in C.
-B to C, run police checkpoint and hide in Small Construction House Site. Use Wardrobe to lose fugitive status. No $ cost but hit to Exposition factor. Cannot go back using same method or you get taz. I Did B to C a couple of times. F it, I was in a hurry.
-B to C, shove drugs thru laundry mat, sounds stupid and expensive. It is still police hours man. Have ave not tried that yet.
-B to C, special place throw drugs over the wall then go get them, I'm still in B and it's police hour. Not tried that either.
-B to A, Use Factory pass key. Then you can back A to C for a while? More expensive than B to C key but you can go back but you have to be in C to start.

How do I move all over the place and sell all these these drugs? Am I missing something, running all over the place?

I'm trying to not move between sectors much, only as much as needed.... to achieve it I have one place in every sector where i have laptop and drug storage. you can choose on laptop some filters, like only certain sector or districs, so i do all deliveries in one sector (sometimes when i have much deliveris, then i make 2 or 3 separate runs, just taking orders from certain districts) and then go to another meanwhile i can just pass through checkpoints cleanly (daytime)... I don't know if you do that too or if you act chaotic, but IMO even the best work organization does not provide free time when you have much customers and you will have to ignore deliveries for a moment to make mixes ect.
