If you don't choose keiji is bad asia not an unlockable sale area?

I went with the nightclub gang, and I just need to know if its possible to unlock bad asia as its showing locked though everything in sec b is unlocked on the map so far

If you went with La Banana, Bad Asia is not unlockable.

I have heard Bad Asia never unlocks. Please let us know if it's fixed!

i also read this somewhere but it makes no sense that they would add an area that can never be accessed.
i'm only level 17 or something atm so surely there's someone out there that went the Keiji route that can answer that question?

if you guys need, I have Saves before unlocking any gang

I used 3 saves with latest update, the rest 2 slots are from previous patchs.
the 3 updated saves:
1. 1st morning (maybe 3rd day actually)
2. NewGame (my new game run which is still before gangs)
3. Level20BeforeUnlockingGangs (actually higher level, but have not unlocked areas that triggers the gang call)

P.S: i would drop these on my DDS cartel shortage Discord server (if you have a discord account)

i have a lvl 56 save with 3 labs 1/4 of the vila built and lots of $
most people have what i have or more depends on hours put in
saves before gang is like lv 15-19 it takes 20 minutes to do
