Drug store is stil locked
I have access to the other part of town, but when does the drug store unlock?

I'm level 41 so I can't remember the exact level it unlocks but I do remember it's around the level 15 mark. What level are you?

In that case you should find that it unlocks within the next 2-3 levels or so
