Changing sales prices
I have looked around, but I don't seem to see anything on the topic of when to adjust sales prices. Has anyone found a particularly useful time to adjust prices up or down?

During a financial crisis I suppose, clients will let you know if they think it's not worth the money you're asking, in turn the more potent your gear is the more money you can get for it, taking into consideration the amount of your salesman stat..

A good time to raise prices is when your rep is high amd a good time to lower is if yoir rep is high. Watch the green bar on the rep screen. That will give you a good indication.

in your laptop, goto the "you(Desktop)" page...

Once there you will see at the top right of the screen there is a reputation/price bar

Depending on your current reputation, due to your own actions with your mixes will effect how this bar fills up

  • when your reputation is bad will make the blue area fill towards the left of the central marker
  • when your reputation is good it will make the blue area fill towards the right of the central marker

when they is no blue, you can charge at best the standard price range which is the default and how you start the game, its as follows.

Drug
Cartel Price
Sale price
Marihuana
$5
$10
Amphetamine
$7
$12
Ecstasy
$7
$10
Crystal Meth
$9
$14
Cocaine
$25
$45
Herion
$17
$35

how far it will swing is down you ability to keep rep high...

mixing is less about profit when you maintain a high reputation

now, if the rep drops that blue line will go left of the central marker on the price bar, at that stage mixing then becomes about profit, because you rep is so low the only way to make a profit on the cartel cost price of each drug is really dilute them...

the saving grace at that stage is that the bar representing the clients expectations goes down

so basically change your prices anytime that blue line allows it, and keep the price line within the blue area as much as possible. check it fairly often and continue to adjust it to ensure your always charging the max possible for your current reputation.

if you are struggling to maintain reputation in every district have the price line set in the middle of the blue area, if you have no problems and all district rep is really high, set it to the max you can within the blue line, etc

i find it useful to disabled all drugs, and turn em on one a time and adjust each drug price seperately

I can sell weed at 19$ a g.
I also got e to 21. But people stopped ordering.
The salesman skill field says it "increases the price you are able to demand for your product. Does anyone know what price to set it based on your skill level?

i always keep each drug $ 1 under the warning bar popping up. i ignore the button warning though. and you adjust that as your rep goes up and down
When rep is max you can Sell Coke 87$ und H 77$

You dont need other drugs or mixes, you will get more Money as you can Ever launder
