Controller support?

Devs have said they're worrying about bug fixes/new content first. This would be something they look into further down the road when the game is more complete/stable.

bro use big picture mode and just map the controls i been playing this with my switch controller its pretty easy.

this idea is already under consideration, since many of our dealers did ask for the controller support
Although as Buy ETH said, our main goal is fixing all of the issues for now :)
And then we will move on to spoiling all of you guys by implementing new content and som eof your ideas :D

That's understandable but consider this... Controller support equals sales. Thief simulator sales jumped when they added controller support.

I truly mean with all due respect and with no intention of taking what you do for granted: its 2020. It's about time that PC game developers join the already large and ever-growing set of gamers in the mindset that controller support should be standard. No controller support = no purchase for many people including myself. It's not just about preference or comfort. For some of us it's almost or downright is a necessity. For some games, sure, its more difficult to implement. But this game looks like it would be perfect for controller use. How long could it take to add it in this Unreal Engine-based game? A few days? A week? You're missing out on sales. Bug fixing is important of course, but adding controller support puts cash in the coffers right now, which should make fixing those bugs afterwards easier.

I want to use a controller because I play in my living room and it's easier and more comfortable. Yeah I can use MKB but this isn't some ranked PvP game so WHO CARES?

Make my own game.... I already have. Many in fact and I can pretty much assure you that you have played more than one of them. So take you horrible argument and just go away.

Why do you feel the need to tell people how to play? I can beat most people using mkb with a controller in most games so when you use your "main weapon" despite me no longer enjoying PvP as much I would happily wipe the floor with you and anyone else with a CONTROLLER

I never say anything related to PvP, I'm talking about computers games. This is not the PS or Xbox.

Great for you, but I don't asked you about your life or yours dreams.
This is a computer game. It doesn't have controller support and barely will get it. So return to my first post and play with mouse/keyboard or create another game that you feel confortable.

Loko why you getting so aggy, asking for a game to be updated so you can use a controller is no crime.

As someone mentioned previously, thief simulator shot up in sales once it did that, and i suppose if DDS doesn't want many more sales for their half baked game then fair enough.

But by doing so they can spend more time not doing anything to fix/improve the game and less people will complain

Most good indies shoot up in sales when they add controller support.

Im going to assume Loko is...like 15 years old and thinks PC gamers are superior inn every but they MUST use MKB lol.

I have told many friends to hold off on this game because of controller support. So i have aboiut 30 people who will buy this game as soon as its added and thats at full price.

So Loko...for the love of god stop trolling people about controllers. If i want to play this game with my racing wheel...i will. Go find another hill to die on.
