What level do you need to unlock the gangs?!

Yo guys, i've been playing for a while now, and i know for a fact that you can unlock deals with the gangs. what level do you need to be for this. im like level 23 or sum right now. thanks boys!

I think you should have unlocked one by then, but there's an additional requirement. Sell really really really good **** and have a high reputation.... or kill people with your ****y mixes. You may, or may not, need to unlock the drug the gang specializes in... if you haven't blanket unlocked everything as you leveled up anyways.

Yea make sure you have cocaine unlocked and I usually sell 76-80% pure and I always get a call from the mafia gang.

the one requirement is to sell good ♥♥♥♥? are you high bruv? you could sell 51/49 coke/washing powder and keiji would still call you.

to unlock the gang you must be over level 19, it must be daytime, and you need to have completed the majority of tasks around the neighbourhood (addict 5 customers etc). Thats all. If your exposition is high you will get keiji, if it's low you get ballena.

If you get keiji and you want ballena simply reload, dont answer the phone and skip 24 hours, then answer the phone and you get ballena.

a) I guess you don't know what "or" means.
b) that's right, if you sell **** Keiji calls you. ODs help. You prove my point.
c) if you sell high quality stuff Ballena calls you.

That was from the Dev when I last discussed it. The quality of your products, not exposition. You either get access to 1, or the other, not both. I asked the Dev if it was possible to unlock both, and the reply was (paraphrased) what you do to unlock one, makes it impossible to unlock the other, you can change up your act, and it takes a bit of time (reputation change ie more than 24 hours) but once one if them has contacted you, you're locked in.

So, if the phone call is the one you don't want, you'll need to do more than just load and chill for 24h, you need to fix your product chain, and change your rep. It might be easier to restart.
