how to get new clients?
I am new to lvl 20 approximately and I would like to have new clients, but I do not know how to get it, I have given him free medications with the occasional addictive, but I cannot get new clients

Buy hideouts as they increase the client cap. Once you have several hideouts just hand out more free samples and you should get new clients eventually. Keep in mind however that the hideouts will only increase the cap so far, so once you have them all and you've hit the cap with all the hideouts purchased, you won't get any more clients.

handing out samples will NOT get you new clients, not sure why people keep offering this advice. It only gains respect, nothing else
