From what i noticed watching forum and a bit of my personal expirience as well the recent dev post "endgame vs you". Fatso became a joke and he will place new order but have to wait. Hella long.

it was messed up with new update, it takes 23k-30k real time seconds between orders from Ballena.

i am on lvl 68 on my third order.. since i entered endgame i dont have enough to send them :D

I wait roughly 4-8 real hours before a new deal appears at 9x50g bags of cocaine.

Indeed, usually it's one order every 2-3 weeks in game, kinda bull if anything

my order arrived on Friday, I processed it immediately
the next order came 9 days later, on Sunday
