Even if I empty my bags and throw everything on the ground, police still arrest me trying to go thru. I'm not in fugitive mode either. Is this intended?

Yes it is intended, sector B is separated by the check points that are guarded by police in the middle of the map. There isn't a way to walk straight through a checkpoint without being searched by police. But it doesn't matter if they search you and you have nothing illegal.

So to get drugs across to sector b you have 3 options.

If it's day time you can toss your backpack over the wall and then walk through the checkpoint and pick up the bag of drugs on the other side of the wall after you've been searched.

If it's night time (I use this method the most because I mostly do drug deals at night) You can throw your backpack over the wall again. Then find a manhole to get to sector B using the sewer systems. The manhole I use most is the one near Eastern Slums in the middle of the street near Eddie's house. Once you go through the manhole you will end up in sector B and you can run back to your backpack and pick it up on the other side of the wall. You can't take a backpack through the sewers, so you'll have to throw your backpack over every time if you don't have enough pocket space for drugs/cash.

Third option (I never use this but it's the fastest and safest way) You can pay a construction worker $350 to let you use his construction tunnels. He's located in the south of the map in sector A. The nice part about this is that you can still wear a backpack while going through the construction tunnels, and you don't have to worry about cops as much. But I can't justify spending the $350 every time to get to the other side.

If you're actually being arrested though and brought back to the police station during the day time and you're not a fugitive then that must be a new glitch.

you can't go out and get caught by police AT ALL if it is night time.. just an FYI.. if that is when you are being caught.

No its not intended if i got correct what you saying it is a bug and i just had it my self. I been chased by police i got away in one of my hideouts and after i got fugitive mode i removed it by using the wardrobe the moment i step out my hideout first police patrol arrests me right away even if it was daytime and i had removed fugitive mode. Also they searched me right outside the police station right away i been released hahaha. They fix a lot of things but totally broke the police with last patch making the police AI more "intelligent" plus i have my stealth maxed out and i been searched more often now with maxed out stealth than with 0 before the patch.

If it's during the day that you're being arrested at the checkpoint with no illegal substances on you (even powdered Viagra is considered an illegal substance even though regular Viagra is fine) then it's either a bug or you're not stopping to let the police search you. If you blow the checkpoint at any time, day or night, with or without illegal substances on you, it counts as running from the cops and if they catch you they WILL arrest you.

Yeah I had the same thing happen. Night time, blew the checkpoint on my way into Sector B because I had drugs in my bag, it was night and I didn't know about the sewer at the time, ran into my hideout near the supermarket, changed clothes and the instant I stepped out the nearby cop that had chased me was on me. No warning whatsoever and I got insta-tazed.

you can take a 1g packet of meth into your quick menu and use that to run through with a full bag of goodies. just make sure its not a mix.

As far as I've seen taking mixed drugs has the same effect as taking pure. I haven't done it much though, so I could be wrong here.
