For this thread I decided to yoink everyone's ideas from the pinned : 'Anyone find a good mix yet?' as that was just too much chatter and just put all the mixes together in 1 giant post

Early Game
2g sugar
1g Ibuprofen
10g amphetamine
Results in 76.9% mix - makes them also more addicted.

Green Meth

1g Aceton
2g Fentanyl
5g Viagra
21g Marijuana
72g Crystal Meth

Mix it in the lab flask and dry it in the crystalizer. You will get 100g of pure love

People say, weed isn't a good product to mix but trust me on this one. It's a perfect recipe!

Thanks for this. Would be super helpful if the recipies required any special tools such as a crystalizer, pill maker, etc... to do.

Depends on your final product. Whenever you read "Aceton" on a recipe, you'll always need a flask and a dryer/crystalizer.

The Pillmaker only works on powder, so any recipe you're using, can be transformed into powder or crystals.

I've found it extremely effective to mix 20 Sugar and 10 Fent to every 100 of any primary drug. So far 0 OD's and tons of addictions.

umm i found a meth recipe that doesn't require meth but people complained, recipe is:

10g acetone + 100g amp + 5g sugar + 10g fentanyl
but it didn't work so is there any recipe that doesn't require meth?

It is highly possible that the recipe is as old as this thread and is no longer viable since the many changes since. Check out the more recent recipe guides in the guide section ;)

Also never use fent by itself. It's meant to be made into a mix then cut with the drug and even after you mix it never put more than 10% into drug. I understand it's a game but even going by those rules ^^^ it's very unrealistic. SOme people might think devs are being to strict with fent toxicity but irl fent is wayyyyyy more toxic. I've had many friends die from fent od's from a dealer not knowing how little fent u need to kill someone. 200g fent 20g sugar 20g salt to make safe fent would be very unsafe fent lol. Only takes 2 milligrams for lethal dose. That's 1000th of a gram. Or in other terms, the average mosquito weighs about 2 milligrams. Though I can see why you need to use a lot more in a video game
