How to tell if you have been flagged?

I'm unable to get random matchmaking working, but I'm not sure if this is due to launch issues or getting flagged. Is there a way I can know for sure? I'm early enough to not mind starting over, but I'd like to know.

It flags *your account* , not one character. If you get flagged, youre flagged until you get another steam account and buy another copy of the game

But it's an always online game with drop in drop out multiplayer? Don't call people hypocrites when you one can't spell the word right and two need to feel justified for your turd gaming capabilities.

I don't want this to get off topic. I just want to know if I need to start over or not. I have legit legendaries so I'm in no rush, but if I have to I have to. I basically unlocked later abilities to try them out and deleted the characters I did that with.

Trying to connect with people WHILE in-game is having some problems for everyone. If you want to coop you gotta matchmake from the lobby. Until they fix their servers though I'd stick to solo play.

This topic was discussed a bazillion times since demo release. Can't believe people are still riding on this dead horse.

It is always online, but why? No valid justification for that. And this is just as a singleplayer game as it is a coop game. (again, no PVP)
If someone wants to cheat, let them do that unless that person is staying away from open games. I don't care how much a person is cheating while playing alone or with friends.
And so should everyone simply not give a sh*t. Stop telling people what to do until they don't ruin your experience.

But he's not staying away from online? The whole point of this topic was him asking why he can't connect to other people... Did you read it?
