Decipher the 12th beacon

I activated the last beacon (12th), but I need help to decipher it - that's the page from my journal. I have to no idea what to do next, nothing on the map is shining. Can any one help?

I saw that link, but it doesn't really help me. I just don't know what should I do next to make progress in the game. I think I have switched / unlocked all ruins but don't know where to find somebody who helps mi with deciphering.

Thank you! I needed to activate one more beacon on the swamps in the east. Then Hermit helped me! Now with the game completed, all achievements unlocked, and adding regions of ruin 2 to my wishlist I can enjoy my weekend :D
