If you want to go for it, wait for a coin before you start. Try to make targets last their maximum length by clearing all but 1 of them and shooting it when it starts getting red. Meanwhile, continue to juggle the coin.
This achievement is probably the hardest thing in the game honestly. Like I said, I've cleared 20, but 30 feels like something you definitely have to abuse the spawn rate on. And if you get dummies, you're done with your juggle basically outside of a really good set of spawns or good coin placement (can shoot coin and dummies with same arrow).
20 times and 30 times in one go in the early rounds its not that hard really
What you need to remember is where you hit the coin matters to where they go. Try to juggle them so they're in the middle of your screen.
Also, it helps to learn how to properly hit them when they've gone full speed from the top of your screen to the bottom, because at one point you'll have to juggle the coin beyond your top screen while you hit the disappearing targets, but by then the coin would be super fast. Knowing the timing for that helped immensely with getting the 30 juggling on my part.
More than anything though, is to just keep at it. At times you'll probably think it'll be easier if you restart until you get an early coin, but I got mine at around 200 combos, because there's a chance of getting A LOT of easy targets that allows you to juggle while hitting the dummy/immobile targets.
My point is, stop trying to find the perfect situation, and just keep on practicing. You'll get it sooner or later if you don't stop.
