True Ending?
Do I need to restore all vestige to get true ending? Or restore the succresors vestige only?

Then, after beating the successor, you need to choose the option to restore their memories to them.

There is a slight variation in the true ending depending on if you have restored all of the Eos vestiges or not too, and for the 'all endings' achievement, these count individually. You can get both in one run though, apparently (just beat final boss without restoring, after credits you are before the boss again, so restore them and beat it again)

^ that. Only thing to add is that you only need to pickup the fragments, you don't even need to restore the vestiges and view the memories contained within.

The Eos Vestiges are gradually collected from the moment you clear the Ribcage fight, all the way up to the final elevator prior to the final boss. This makes it pretty quick and easy to get both versions of the best ending with a little pre-planning. The very last Eos vestige to find is behind the final elevator, accessed through a path hidden in the right-hand corner when you're facing said elevator.

So with the above trick to save a whole game loop, you collect all needed vestiges except for that last one, go down the final elevator, beat the final boss and clear the game. Then you load that completed save which will put you just before the final boss, double back up the elevator, grab the missing Eos vestige, and then go back to the final boss and beat it again.

Boom, that's the alternate version done on technically the same loop.

Right now I played 2 times from the beginning to get heirs and eternity ending, I don't even know you can do that lol. 3 times beating Catherdal was really torturing. Thanks for a guide guys

They don't really need to do all that. They can collect all the vestiges in advance and restore all-but-one in front of the elevator, go down and beat the bosses to get that ending. T hen reload the save file again (which will spawn them in front of Virgin Born) and teleport to the home base to give the last Eos vestige to Io to restore then fight the boss again to get the true ending.
