cathedral of the sacred blood help

so i just beat mido and before going to much further in the story i would like to finish my maps... i have every other one at 100% but cathedral is at 81 and iam looking at a map pointing everything but still cant see what i am missing

i tried putting a map here but dont know how... so i just uploaded it publicly... if someone has some ideas of where i am missing and where i should go would be greatly appreciated
