Are any of the DLCs worth it?

They offer replayable bosses that are somewhat fun to fight (your mileage may vary). Bosses also feature a "trial" system that is used to unlock things like partner costumes, character accessories, blood codes, gifts, and equipment.

They also provide additional blood codes, weapons, and blood veils to unlock, along with some gifts.

A few of the blood codes are quite good, others are only really useful for mastering a gift or two from them.

The weapons are pretty solid, but I've only personally used a few. Lightning Brionac from Lord of Thunder is the best for mage builds due to its insane drain rating.

For blood veils, the Subzero Shroud from the Frozen Empress DLC is objectively the best thing for dark mages. The others have really high STR or DEX scaling making them do high drain damage when used with certain blood codes.

Personally, I'd say the absolute best time to buy them is when the season pass is on a steep sale.

the dlc feel more like ♥♥♥♥♥♥ nexus mods you can't get rid of. it's mostly just ugly reskins with high enough stats to convince people to pay for them. personally i wouldn't recommend them if they were free.

It offers some of the best gift, code and veil available. Steadfast Strike from Hellfire is the best damage gift for 2 hand featured in any one shot build considering the dlc, Thunderveil is the best veil for 2 hand, and Ishtar becomes a very good blood code for normal exploration thanks to being to slot in both Bridge to Glory and Offensive Order. (30% damage increase in exchange for less def)

Also for mages, it has Ymir which is the best mage code for exploration, along with many nifty gifts like Hoarfrost or Firestorm or Spinning fireblade.

The three bosses in DLC is a real treat for anyone who are familiar with GE series. It's one of the bridge that connects CV to GE. Note that they are the hardest contents but if you want to early unlock the DLC codes and vestiges you can just look up where they are on the map and make a run to grab all of them. One or two vestiges need you to fight the miniboss for it but they're much easier than the boss.

Oh and if you could complete the challenges, it has many cosmetics like tattoos, badges or alt.costumes for followers. Jack look really good in the white tux. It also has memory vestige for Asklepios that gives you insight on Jack's background after what he did to you too.

Whether that's worth the asking price, you be the judge.
