No achievements won't get disabled for using mods. I'm using that one myself but did modify it a bit.

no because im the person that started playing this game with mods from start to finish achievements still work like intended unless the mods break certain thing

I can verify Sasha Pines comment about using mods and getting achievements. Generally, if a mod breaks an achievement, the creator of the mod will make a note of it (I've seen a few commented like that).
