im very confuse even after finish the important man quest richard never move to the 4 position so how im gonna get the depth map ?

Have you done Self-Important Revenant's quests yet?

For Richard's last request, you'll have to complete the Crypt Spire location, the Self-Important Revenant's requests, and Richard's first three requests. Once you've completed it, teleport to the Natural Cavern Depths Mistle of the Ruined City Underground and you'll see him at the path ahead, simply speak to him and you'll complete the quest - he'll reward you with 1x Pure Blood and 1x Map: Rocky Ruins. If Richard is still not there, try talking to Self-Important Revenant again at the Poisonous Butterfly Nest and exit once to the title screen.

Don't forget to warp somewhere else and then back to check if you've been just resting/warping to the same area. You must leave the area for a new location to make NPCs update after any appropriate NPC/quest related changes.

like i said i already done the important man quest before and even try to warp back and forward before it straight up didnt work what so ever

Are you sure you completed it, and then also gotten the reward as well, and then warped away and back and spoken to him one final time after collecting the reward?
