How to buy deluxe for the preorder bonuses?

so ive owned the normal version since deluxe didnt even exist when i bought it, i heared they added the preorder bonuses to the deluxe edition, but since i own the base version i cant even buy the deluxe version

You can't get the pre-order bonuses legitimately anymore. You can mod them in, however, though they're pretty meh so you aren't missing out.

the deluxe version got the veil and accessoires added, only weapon and bloodcode remain exclusive

As far as I know, and from my own testing, it still doesn't have the veil. It does have the accessories. The veil is pretty subpar though and the code is very bad (literally the worst in the game and devs were insane for making it. that bad) nor required for any achievements. The weapon I don't remember anything about but know its not good compared to alternatives in the game.

Buying the deluxe edition just for the Insatiable Bloodthirst set is a bit too much. I bought the normal game then the DLCs and yeah I agree, buying at the start Deluxe Edition is the best way to get the most out of the game, not after. You are just wasting money unnecessary.

it was 13€ on sale which is barely more than the season pass on sale (think season pass on sale goes for 10)

i dont have the DLC yet btw, just the standard edition without season pass.
