City of Falling Flame Map stuck at 80%

I cannot for the life of me figure out how to unlock 100% of the map. the section after the first Mistle is still invisible. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Screen shot in profile.

On right side is a photo of the map and a key of different locations.

Just taking a quick look there appears to be three mistles. Did you activate all three? There also appears to be a single rotten mistle between #8 and #9.
