Honest opinion Code:vein on pc
The game wasn't as compatible as i thought i would be on pc. The camera was clunky the controls where hard to understand. Your "skills" would be bound to the F keys(F1.F2,F3,etc.) I had to remake the whole keybinds myself. There was an issue with the shift button (Left shift was bound to the Right shift. For some reason It was counting left shift as right shift). Issue with how to change control menu. Most of my short play time was spent on changing my keybinds and figuring out how it works somehow. At one point I accidentally changed the Main Hud/inventory(Esc) menu to open up setting to something else and was forced to alf+f4 and had to change it on the title screen (Be very careful on pressing buttons when u hover over one of the options you wont even need to click on that keybind to have a different key bound to it). The changing of the keybinds was hard to fix cause it was so easily changed with a little random thing i do. The gameplay in itself wasn't what i expected Its not as smooth as i thought it would be. Battle mechanics was subpar at best. The musket was pretty crappy to use even with the auto lock. If you use a musket and tried aiming it where ever you are facing you would be camera locked on that side. The characterization is unique on its own i spent a lil bit more time i think on making my character than playing the game itself. The graphics was very clean and detailed VA was pretty good. Very Heavy story driven from what i have seen early game. It just put me off on how the gameplay in itself was clunky on pc. I think the plug in to pc was rushed so its kinda crappy. Been playing Monster Hunter World for hours and a lot of these types of genres I would play it but I would be bored in like 30 mins.(Maybe it works best on console so idk you guys tell me) I would play again if there would be improvements on that. No if you are thinking I'm just an idiot who don't know what I'm talking about you're wrong. I have played A LOT of these types of games. PvP/PvE I have played games with amazing combat systems and ♥♥♥♥♥♥ combat systems Code:vein would be low mid tier. One of the old games and still play with good combat system is C9(continent of the ninth seal) although its almost dead its still fun game to play. There is this game Remnant from the ashes its Fps,3rd person,PvE/PvP game close to a souls game with game mechs and unique boss battles.

More crappy game is Nioh if you try to play with Keyboard and mouse
That game's shows only Controller guide
Many japanese game developers cannot design KB MOUSE interface properly

Well i think JP devs mainly focus on console release on their games. Then do a pc plug in later on. I don't know From what i have seen only a handful of games with good console to Pc transition. I still play any game that interest me though even though the controls are crappy. Sure it will take time to rebind the controls but its fine. If its worth the time taking a couple of mins to rebind everything and getting used to the game mechs as long as its fun i would 100% buy and play.
