Getting stuck in trading menu bug!

anyone else having this problem?

every time i go to receive items from anyone the game wont
allow me to leave the trading menu, cant exit walk away nothing.
all i can do is push alt+f4 and exit the game then start over and even when i try again i still get the same issue. so i am unable to receive items from anyone.
it lets me give items but wont let me receive so frustrating!!!

hope fully they'll fix this bug soon cuz i have had this problem since the beginning which is a real bummer.

Ah that bug. After giving NPCs gifts exit the menu and chat completely. Then go to the mistle you'll notice quite a lot of delay until you can access the mistle. Once you can access the mistle, you can retrieve the items you want from the NPC without getting stuck.

This bug might be due to that huge delay between giving and receiving items. If you try to receive items during that delay, you'll get stuck and the only way to know it's safe to receive is after accessing the mistle.

mana, you don't understand. for many of us, we CAN'T exit the chat.

Just slow down a bit,trading too often will certainly cause this problem,if you cant quit the conversation,all you can do is to restart the game,otherwise just follow the instructions above

annoying bug indeed,but im not expecting it to be fixed since the game has been published for such a long time
