Successor of the Claw bug

Can't interact with Emily in her memory after she turns into a stone. Anyone had the same problem? Any ideas how to fix this bug?

Should probably point out, you need to both gather them AND watch/skip through the cutscenes for them to be able to restore their memories.

Not true. You do not have to watch them. I didn't watch ANY of the successor's memories on my third playthrough and still got the true ending. My first playthrough I missed watching one of the Harmonia memories before the boss and still managed to save her.
