getting stack on a ladder in multiplayer

Got stacked on the ladder near the memory boss, got caught there when animation started and was not able to move up or down afterwards just watching the show....

Any other places one need to be aware to avoid in mp?

areas you can get stuck in on multiplayer? right before the invading executioner boss in the water/sewer area when the talking happens the person that joined the session can get stuck in the water without even being able to do anything then let the host die/win against the boss without being able to help them
(only happens on first time the host attempts the boss atleast from what i saw when i was trying to help someone get through that whole area on new game +)
