With 0.930 (the max min) your same size as Mia with Hat on.
And i think 1.020 was the highest Height you could get which is just a bit more then half a head higher then Mia with Hat on.
Now we could try to use Heads as Size and if i remember correctly there was something about an average person is generally 7 and a half heads tall in Art but since that was used BC, i cant really say which Height they had at that Time but lets assume around 160cm to 170cm.
Then 0.070 is Half a Head, meaning 0.140 is a Head, meaning 0.140 x 7,5 = 1.050 (=160/170cm)
So for whatever we will use 160 or 170 we would have for 160 / 7,5 = 21,3cm and for 170 / 7,5 = 22,6cm.
So 1.000 would be around 7 Heads and a bit more then 1/6 of a Head, so if the Math is right your a bit less then 160/170cm. If we use 160cm for doing the Math your around 152,65cm+ and for 170 it would be 161,96cm+
(7 1/6 x 21,3 or 22,6)
Mia's Hat is around half a Head in Size so she would be 0.860 so around 6 Heads and 1/8 of a Head, so for 160 its around 130,46cm+ and for 170 around 138,425cm+
(6 1/8 x 21,3 or 22,6)
(7 Heads = 0.980,1 Head = 0.140, 1/2 a Head = 0.070, 1/4 a Head = 0.035, a 1/6 of a Head = 0.0175, 1/8 a Head = 0.00875, 1/10 a Head = 0.004375)
Since im not the best in Math it might be wrong but i tried, i hope it answered your Question at least a bit
5'5" (165cm) Io
5'8" (173cm) Eva, Karen
5'9" (175cm) Louis
5'10" (178cm) Coco
6'2" (188cm) Yakumo, Jack
Strangely, Mia did not have a height listed.
Not always. There's some scenes where she doesn't have the hat on. And we do have a height for Coco, despite the fact she never takes her hat off... even in the hot spring!
Well since Mia without Hat is the same size as Rin Murasame they didnt even listed her as well i guess?
So, question: I want my character to be 5'6" (170 cm) tall, too.
In-game, her Height is set to 0.930 and her Head Size is 10.
Is there anything I'd need to change to make her 5'6"? (I have no idea what Mia's height is, so the ref doesn't help me much. :/)
Thank you.
Ah yeah it is confusing.
Depending if the Math is right and the assumption for size.
You would need to be around 1.050 or 1.100 for being 170cm ingame.
Through my unscientific method of making saves with default, minimum, and max height, loading the saves, then standing next to characters I have determined...
Min height for a woman (slider at 0.930) is roughly the same height as Io - 5'5" (165cm)
Default height is roughly the same as Coco - 5'10" (178cm).
Max height (slider at 1.020) is slightly smaller than Yakumo. I'd estimate around 6'-0" (182 cm)
The slider is a straight multiplier.
Using 178cm as the base, x0.93= 165.5, and x1.02 = 181.5, I'd call those numbers well within a reasonable margin of error!
THEREFORE... to be 5'-6" (167.6cm) means you need to set the slider at around 0.942. For 170cm you'd need around 0.955
Io is more or less spot on as she is 165cm tall
Eva is 169cm
Karen is 161cm
Louis is 176cm
Coco is 170cm
Yakumo is 184cm
Jack is 182cm
Given their heights were in cm in one of the Code Vein art book that was released in japan don't ask me to convert them into feet and inches as I don't have much faith in my conversion into other units of measurement.
Edit #1
Almost forgot Mia
Mia is 151cm
Hm well question is just if Mia is that size with or without Hat xD (imagine its with Hat that be quite non tall)
I see thats quite good to know, thanks for telling.
