Good Game and Good DLC
For only 40

Yes, you get a good value for your money. (Especially during sales)
The Season pass inside comes with a unique companion in the style of Mia (white).
New Blood Codes/ Skills and all the good stuff.

The Dlc's offer easily 20+hours of Gameplay + new Weapons/Skills/Bloodcodes/Costumes etc..
They add a bit to the Story too, new small areas to explore and 3 unique Bosses to defeat to reveive the rewards.

All DLCs are garbage, but you can see it yourself by reviews
As long as you don't pay full price for them, I guess you can consider getting them

With the summer sale right now making the deluxe edition 12 dollars cheaper than the normal price for regular edition, I'd say go for it. You get some small extras from the deluxe that you can't obtain (currently, and possibly never) through buying the normal edition and then the season pass.

DLCs are not worth full price, and since they're not on sale, if you really want the complete experience with shelling out on the DLCs then deluxe is the only way to go.
