Bug?

So i got everything i need to give emily back her memories but its not letting me. How can i fix this?

So i dont have the second one so where do i find it.

The game is sneaky about vestiges if your going for 100%. Dont get confused by the DLC vestiges when your looking in IO's screen.

Might have to google which are which.

I went to where vestige part c and d spawn but found niether and they arnt in my inventory.

I checked an its not saying i have vestige 2 it says i only have 1 3 and 4. But the person like IO outside the boss room doesnt appear two have the 2nd vestige repairable. And no matter what ive done so far it isnt spawning

It is possible to get one every possible ending on your first run.
And also, in order to restore Scathach Vestige II you only require Part A to repair it.
