The downside is that the Tower of Trials as a whole is a difficult endurance challenge, if you want something easier but still kinda quick, there's the Depths. Have someone join you in the depths and rush the mini-bosses and then the final boss (doing the final boss first kicks the assisting player after the fight is over), touch the mistle, and repeat.
Misty Ruins is the best for this because there are four mini-bosses and then the final boss, and it will take no more than ten minutes per run.
I actually found the 2nd Tower to be quicker with the [Revenant's Greed] passive gift.
the Big Ant-eater on the right facing you sometimes drops a Mark on the first floor;
you sometimes get a mark on the second floor;
You get 2 100% marks beating the Executioner boss on the third floor;
you sometimes get a mark on fourth floor;
and you sometimes get 2 marks from the sandy-mid-boss.
I skipped out on suffering through the final-tower-boss for the farming, because Mido is a POS.
