Does anyone still play this game in multiplayer?

I just recently played this game and never played dark souls before so I'm a bit overwhelmed with the battle gameplay. Just wondering if someone still play or even do multiplayer in this game since this game was launched back in 2019 and there are many new games since then perhaps people moved to the newer game? I asked this since I've been waiting like 30 minutes for matchmake and already changed to" no restriction" in terms of region, but no one come. I'm still at cathedral of blood sth, fighting the ardent wold berserker, I guess. already died thrice LOL. If someone willing to help me, let me know. Thanks

I've been jumping into co-op pretty often. I'll gladly help if you still need it.

EDIT- Note- blood aspected damage is your friend, Berserker has 0 resistance to it according to the wiki.

Trying to beat that jerk right now myself. His patterns are easy but I keep getting lazy, heh. Don't get hasty, just dodge his attacks, counter then get ready to dodge again.

Well it doesn't help that a boss with such massive swings is confined to such a tiny arena! Can you imagine fighting Insatiable Despot in there?

I read that ans will try tonight. What add to my problem is that I play with joystick (cant play with keyboard and mouse) and it's a bit broken but I cant get that fixed or buy a new one because of the lockdown so I cant fully use the features 😅

Yes, I still need help and will love it if skmeone want to lend a hand. The codename that I use is the same name as my steam username and no password.

The first phase is easy but when he started to swing his huge weapon like a madman, I got lock into his combo and died. Especially when his Hp is iust 1/4 left

I forgot which one is that but ur right. It's the area that makes it worse. If its wode and open area, maybe things will be easier

Just remember you don't have to physically dodge his weapon not to get hit, you just have to dodge through it when he swings. It's a tight quarters fight but I don't think he really has any close AoE (that I remember) and his moves are all pretty highly telegraphed and predictable. I finally got him once I stopped trying to rush that last quarter of his health bar.

guess, the last time, I rush a bit since his HP is low and I think I can get him but in the end, I'm the one who screwed. will try again tonight after working. thanks for the suggestions.

I already passed the area. Grevillea helped me. :). But if u dont mind, can i also invite u as friend? In case, Grevillea isnt available to jelp me perhaps u r willing to help me? I still need to tackle more bosses since I'm aiming for second and third playthrough to get all the ending.
