I would not get the DLCs unless you get all 3 for 5 or 10 bucks max. The value is just not there.
Is that why you two wouldn't recommend it? Because I seen many people trash this main game, when it's actually amazing. I'm running on max graphics at 60 fps locked, and I haven't ran into any bugs or frame drops.
I'm just making sure you two are looking at this from a content perspective and not a 'bug/frame drop' perspective.
Ah, thanks omo/
Main game is great.
DLC is "ok" but not at all worth the price.
You get Three new depths, the depths, despite reusing environmental assets actually look decent. Whats not decent is the fact that there is not a single new enemy type outside of the Boss.
The Bosses are alright. Hellfire Knight is considered a good boss, last two are just considered "ok"
That leaves you with a few new blood codes and the new companion costumes, they are good, but they dont make it worth it.
You would be paying 30$+ for some new blood codes, a new costume for each companion and three new bosses, you don't even get new player outfits.
Each DLC is worth 5$ at most, Season pass should be 15$
Thanks for the detailed info. I'll be sure to wait for a sale.
I already bought the game separate, for full price. So I can't do that deal, lol. I don't regret it either. The main game is Amazing.
Among 3 bosses 2 are great (1 and 3) and 2nd one is a bit gimmicky in a way that he has 2 orbs that might be difficult to hit consistently for some builds (mostly the full-melee ones with slow weapons).
But it adds nothing to the story more or less. Just the boss fights and build-customization via weapons and blood-codes.
