Report a translation problem
Health upon successful drain attack, all variants included (charge, backstab and parry)
Health upon killing any enemy (you must deal the killing blow, set % heal regardless of enemy killed)
Health upon entering focused state (didn't use this too much, only useful in boss fights)

These are within end game codes. I am pretty sure at least one of them is only after completing the game once.

I still haven't got any of them after about 40 hours.
At that point though I have 5 regens, which is often more than enough.
However, there is Cleansing Light ability which you get sooner - it regenerates 75% of the damage from the last hit, if it isn't interrupted by a new hit. Super useful.
40!?
I put in 25 hours so far and I already have access to Survivor which has life steal passive (haven't gotten around to unlocking proficiency but i have it there as an option)
