Depths: Den of the Dead Bug

So I am in NG+ , doing a new run through and I went to the depths, cleared the first dungeon but now when I try to teleport out , the "Teleport" option is greyed out, and i can not even click on it.

I have tried everything i could think of , dying, redoing it over and over, since it lets me rest and resets everything but I can not leave. I have gone in , offline , online, joined in another person run and even had someone join me .. nothing works.

If someone knows what i need to do , to resolve this , please let me know.

I feel this. Im stuck in the void district and would much rather not give up on 70 hours of gameplay and start again
