And im not sure why you bother with code vein if you dislike it and still have not even tried DS2. Or play bloodborne, which is arguably the best in the souls series.
Or play demon souls if you havent yet
Also if you dislike the game and already spent the cash (and cant refund) just stop playing it. You lose twice if you play a game you do not enjoy just for the sake of trying to get back your investment. Not only did you lose the money but you lose time now as well.
If its for the Second time you will need to go into the one "Succesors" Area and find the Door (which you normally should have found already and wondered why you cant open it)
Also if you dont have fun playing it, dont play it.
Or finish like Bloodborne or DS2 (which isnt Nerfed, more like Buffed diff. and reused content at parts)
- Play Bloodborne already
- Get a PS3 and play Demon's Souls.
Sekiro is very different too (even when it's a From Software game) and almost no one who liked Dark Souls 1, 3 and BB liked Dark Souls 2.
What exactly is the problem? Is the combat too fast, too slow? You're not enjoying the weapons? Are you having trouble because you keep trying to play it one way, when it's made to be played a bit differently?
If you can accept the differences, then maybe you can find some enjoyment in Code Vein. Or maybe it just wasn't the right game for you.
I disagree with this statement. You will dislike Dark Souls 2 if you expect it to play like the others in the series, but if you come at it as more a spiritual successor than another entry in the series, you might be able to enjoy it.
lol no...
My first run through the game was pretty bland, so I feel you on that one. All I can say is that you should power through it and see where CV shines in areas that the DS series does not.
I would have to disagree with that. I had made some decent builds along my first run, and didn't spend "too much" time farming. Yes I farmed a little, mainly to master Gifts, but if you find a good spot to do that it really doesn't take long. The real hold-back to me making better builds was that I didn't understand how the game's stats/scaling worked, and which Gifts really worked best with my play style, well till I was in the late-game.
I tried that, nothing popped up.
