Report a translation problem
I mean, I would like to have more actual voice lines for the main story, but personally I'm fine with the current state.
I seem to recall hearing or reading it somewhere that this is also the creative direction by...either the devs or the writers. As in, it's not the first time they do this for their titles.
yes it quite common for bandi/namco games as CCs will often be mute except for certain times in the game. though some like i for one with the same that hate it. if youre going to allow us to choose a voice for our characters then have them speak in them game. this isnt a zelda and theres no need for it. to me its just dumb that a mian hero/heroine goes through an adventure never uttering a single word but then comes a fight and apparently they have a voice out of the blue. bandai/namco isnt a poor company and definitely can put VAs in the entire game.
i think it meant to add an epic moment. which i think it did. imo and they do it with god eater games too.
Probably because of the cost and effort of getting a large amount of dialog recorded by each voice actor. And for dramatic effect.
