You can go to blood-codes > gifts in the mistle menu and instantly master gifts by using the Rv items.

You can use the RV Masteries by going in your inventory which will give you new gifts you dont have to master but can use on any blood code you want instantly upon use.

That is the MJ's you are thinking of, RV is the items that give you a gift that is not related to any bloodcodes

Some RV mastery honestly gives you gifts that are related to blood codes.
